Excellent value for the money! We have not yet explored the possibilities of our own customized programs, but I think it will be very interesting. We have tried making yogurt, kefir, excellent jams, yeast preparation, dough preparation... all these are additional and very valuable options to the basic function - automatic baking of bread from start to finish. The machine would be perfect if it had physical buttons rather than touch and if alarms sound level could be adjusted or muted. If you turn on the baking timer for the morning, program 3 automatically signals the time to add seeds and wakes up the household at 4 in the morning. If you buy this machine, do yourself a favor and grind the end of paddle extraction tool with sand paper of grinding stone. This tool is actually a strong wire twisted in shape, but it’s just cut at the tip. You should make the tip edges blunt, otherwise it can scratch the metal paddles.

I have to withdraw a statement from previous review, about delay timer and beeping signal when using timer. This machine is smartly programmed and DOES NOT use sounds when in TIMER mode. But it’s still a bit too loud in signalling if housekeeper decides to make bread (baking without delay timer) when others are asleep in early morning. I give this machine four stars in the end because the motor is too weak. There were several occasions when motor couldn’t turn anymore in high effort, though dough was of normal density. If dough would be softer, rising and consistency of bread would not be optimal. Kneading paddles are very efficient and nicely designed, but motor size in not optimized for the task. Still bread baker Eta Duplica is the best buy for now, considering cheaper but crippled bakers from other manufacturers.
